01Your agreement with Kantru

These terms apply to Kantru MU (kantru.com), operated from Latvia, and its website, game server, account services, and digital shop. In these terms, “Kantru”, “we”, and “our” refer to the operator of these services.

When creating an account, you are asked to accept these Terms of Service and the Server Rules. Read them before registering or purchasing. The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is used; accepting these terms is not blanket consent to optional data processing.

You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If local law requires a parent or guardian’s permission, obtain it before registering or purchasing. Do not use the service where doing so is unlawful.

02Account and security

Use an email address you control and keep account information current. Protect your password, use a unique password, and sign out on shared devices. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.

Tell support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may verify account ownership before changing access or investigating a claim. Never send staff your password or payment-card details.

03Fair play and community conduct

The Server Rules form part of these terms. Cheating, exploit abuse, fraud, harassment, impersonation, and attempts to interfere with the service are prohibited. Ordinary competition and respectful criticism are welcome.

We may remove prohibited content, reverse gains obtained through abuse, or restrict accounts where needed to protect players and the service. Enforcement should reflect the evidence, severity, and history of the violation. You can ask support to review a decision.

04No spam

Kantru does not send, buy, or commission unsolicited bulk e-mail. Our e-mail is limited to messages for your own account (registration, password reset, security alerts) and launch or news mail you signed up for. Every optional message has a one-click unsubscribe link.

Advertising Kantru or kantru.com through unsolicited messages, including spam e-mail, forum or chat spam, and mass private messages, is prohibited. This applies to players, streamers, and anyone promoting the server. Accounts involved may be restricted under these terms.

To report spam that mentions Kantru or kantru.com, write to [email protected] and include the full message headers where possible.

05KCoin, VIP, and digital items

Purchases are optional. Review the account, price, currency, quantity, duration, and any restrictions shown with an offer before paying. Use only a payment method you are authorized to use. PayPal handles payments where available; its own terms also apply to that payment service.

Kantru Coins (KCoin) are an in-game credit, not a deposit, investment, or real-world currency. Digital credits and items provide use within Kantru and cannot be redeemed for cash through the service. VIP benefits apply for the period described in the offer.

Delivery depends on payment confirmation and the conditions shown in the shop. Keep your receipt. If a payment is duplicated, unauthorized, or not delivered correctly, contact support with the transaction reference so we can investigate.

06Refund policy

Changing your mind, leaving the server, or spending credits does not by itself create an additional contractual refund right. Account restrictions do not automatically entitle you to a voluntary refund. These conditions do not remove rights you have under consumer law.

For consumers in the European Union, a right to withdraw may apply. An exception for immediately supplied digital content applies only when all legal conditions are met, including prior express consent, acknowledgment of the loss of that right, and the required confirmation. Registering an account or accepting these general terms alone does not waive that right.

KCoin is delivered as soon as PayPal confirms your payment. By ticking the box at checkout, you ask us to deliver it immediately, within the 14-day withdrawal period, and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once it is delivered. Your receipt email confirms this.

Rights relating to faulty or undelivered content, billing errors, and unauthorized payments remain subject to applicable law. To request a remedy, contact support and identify the order, purchase date, and issue. Do not include sensitive payment credentials in a public channel.

07Updates and availability

Maintenance, security incidents, network outages, and updates can interrupt play. We may adjust the game to fix defects, prevent abuse, or improve balance. We do not promise uninterrupted access or permanent preservation of every game feature.

Material changes affecting an ongoing paid service will be communicated as required by law. Changes to future offers do not retroactively change an agreed purchase price or remove statutory remedies.

08Content and intellectual property

You remain responsible for names, messages, and other content you submit. Share only material you have permission to share. You permit Kantru to display and process that content as needed to provide and moderate the service.

Kantru branding and original website content, and third-party game assets, software, and trademarks, remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. Access to the service does not grant ownership of those materials or permission to redistribute them.

09Ending access

You can stop using Kantru at any time and request account-related assistance from support. Serious or repeated rule violations may lead to temporary or permanent restrictions. Restrictions may also be necessary to contain a security incident or comply with law.

If a service is discontinued, we will communicate the effect on access and ongoing paid services. Ending access does not extinguish obligations or remedies that remain under applicable law.

10Applicable law and your rights

These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their country of habitual residence. You retain any right to bring a dispute before a competent court or authority under applicable law.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer or data-protection rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted by law.

11Changes to these terms

The current version and its update date are published on this page. We will give notice of material changes and obtain a new agreement where required. Changes do not retroactively remove existing rights or alter completed purchases.
