• 01How do I start playing?Starting out

  Register an account, download the game, install it and log in with the account name and password you registered with.

• 02I forgot my password.Starting out

  Use the password reset page. When you are logged in, you can change your password in your account under Change password.

• 03The game says my account is invalid.Starting out

  Check that you typed the account name and password exactly as you registered them, without extra spaces.

• 04How do I create a Magic Gladiator or a Dark Lord?Characters

  You need another character on the same account that has reached the required level: 220 for the Magic Gladiator and 250 for the Dark Lord.

• 05How do I advance to the next class?Characters

  Complete the class change quests. All the steps are in the Class changes guide.

• 06I cannot learn a skill.Characters

  A skill needs a minimum character level and enough Energy (or Command for some skills). The class guides list the level of every skill, and the item you use must also match your class.

• 07How do I reset my character, and how many points do I get?Characters

  Read the Resets guide. It shows the cost, the points for every reset and the rewards. You can reset in your account under Character reset.

• 08How do I add stat points?Characters

  Press the plus buttons in the character window, or use the commands /addstr, /addagi, /addvit, /addene and /addcmd. You can also add points in your account under Add stats.

• 09I put my points in the wrong place.Characters

  In your account, Stats reset gives all your points back as free points. It costs 20 KCoin, with or without VIP.

• 10How do I clear my PK status?Characters

  Type /pkclear in the game, or use Clear PK status in your account. It costs 1,000,000 zen.

• 11Can I change my name or my class?Characters

  Yes. Name change and Class change are in your account and cost Kantru Coins (KCoin). For a class change, take off all your equipment first.

• 12My account still shows as online after I left the game.Account

  Use Disconnect account in your account. It logs the account out of the server so you can use the other actions again.

• 13My character is stuck.Account

  Use Teleport & Unstuck in your account to move the character to any map in the warp list. You can also log out of the game and log in again.

• 14How do I move KCoin to another account?Account

  Use KCoin transfer in the Game currency section of your account. Play Points cannot be moved to another account.

• 15Where do I find an item or a monster?Playing

  Use the item list and the monster list of the wiki. Every item page shows where it drops, and every monster page shows its map and drops.
